All baked goods are made to order and flash-frozen before shipping. We use insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to maintain the perfect temperature during transit.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer nationwide shipping across the United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishable nature of our products.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any potential carrier delays.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
