At Freed's Bakery, we take pride in our handcrafted treats; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a food item has left our facility. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right through a replacement or store credit.

If there is damage or a quality concern, take clear photos of the product and the packaging to help us understand what went wrong.

Email our support desk or call the bakery within 24 hours with your order number and the photos you collected.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, issue a replacement for your next event or provide a digital store credit for the value of the item.
